1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between gzoneph ("we," "us," "our," or "the Platform") and any individual ("you," "the Player," or "the User") who accesses, registers on, or uses the gzoneph platform available at gzoneph.vip and any associated mobile or web applications.

By completing the registration process, clicking "I Agree," or by simply accessing and using any feature of gzoneph, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who interact with the gzoneph platform in any capacity.

These Terms should be read alongside our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated by reference into these Terms and form part of the overall agreement between you and gzoneph.

2 Eligibility

To register and use gzoneph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations governing online casino-style gaming.
• You must be a natural person with full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing gzoneph from, any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited or restricted by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, director, officer, or immediate family member of gzoneph or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or technology partners.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from gzoneph or any affiliated platform.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by PAGCOR or any other recognized gaming regulatory authority.

gzoneph reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, or proof of age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or closure.

3 Account Registration & Security

To access the full range of gzoneph services, you must create a registered account. The following rules apply to all gzoneph accounts:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one active gzoneph account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual – whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods – is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. gzoneph will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.
• Notification of Breach: You must notify gzoneph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Contact our support team through the platform's live chat feature.
• Account Verification (KYC): gzoneph operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. You may be required to submit identity verification documents before withdrawals are processed or at any other time gzoneph deems appropriate.

gzoneph reserves the right to suspend or close any account that it reasonably believes has been registered using false information, is being operated by a person who does not meet the eligibility requirements, or is being used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on gzoneph are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• gzoneph accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank. Additional payment methods may be made available from time to time at gzoneph's discretion.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the deposit page and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your gzoneph account immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. gzoneph is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• You may only deposit funds from payment accounts that are registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. gzoneph may require you to complete KYC verification before processing your first withdrawal.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible, as an anti-money laundering measure.
• GCash withdrawals are typically processed within five (5) minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution.
• gzoneph reserves the right to impose withdrawal limits and to request additional documentation for large withdrawal amounts.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

gzoneph offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. gzoneph reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements. The specific wagering requirement applicable to each bonus will be clearly stated in the promotion's terms. Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds cannot be withdrawn until the applicable wagering requirement has been fully met.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless otherwise specified. Attempting to claim multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in the cancellation of all associated bonuses.
• Bonuses are intended for personal recreational use only. Any attempt to exploit bonuses through systematic play, arbitrage, or any other method that gzoneph determines to be abusive will result in the cancellation of the bonus and may result in account suspension.
• gzoneph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that any modification will not adversely affect bonuses already claimed and in the process of being wagered.
• In the event of any dispute regarding bonus terms, gzoneph's interpretation of the applicable terms shall be final and binding.

6 Gameplay Rules

The following rules apply to all gaming activity conducted through the gzoneph platform:

• All games available on gzoneph use certified random number generators (RNGs) or live dealer mechanics to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are final once confirmed by the system.
• In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game round, gzoneph will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue fairly. Where a game round cannot be completed due to a technical fault, the wager for that round will be refunded to your account balance.
• gzoneph reserves the right to void any bet or game result that it determines, in its reasonable judgment, to have been affected by a technical error, software bug, or any other malfunction.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have a stable internet connection before placing wagers. gzoneph is not liable for losses resulting from connection issues on the player's end.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface. These limits may vary by game, table, and player account tier.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the gzoneph platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account or using another person's account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Engaging in any form of collusion, cheating, or fraudulent activity in connection with any game.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to gzoneph immediately and must not be exploited for personal gain.
• Engaging in money laundering or any other illegal financial activity through the platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the gzoneph platform or its underlying software.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing other players or gzoneph staff members through any communication channel.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or to disguise your true location.

8 Responsible Gaming

gzoneph is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We believe that gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment, and we take our duty of care to our players seriously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all gzoneph account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limits can be decreased immediately; increases take effect after a 24-hour cooling-off period.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the gzoneph platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall look and feel of the platform, is the property of gzoneph or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the gzoneph platform for your personal, non-commercial recreational purposes only. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the gzoneph platform without prior written consent.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any gzoneph content.
• Use any gzoneph trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written authorization.

Any unauthorized use of gzoneph's intellectual property may result in legal action. All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by gzoneph.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, gzoneph and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the gzoneph platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information.
• Unauthorized access to your account by a third party.
• Any delay in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information provided on the gzoneph platform.

gzoneph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your gzoneph account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude gzoneph's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

gzoneph collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using gzoneph, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

gzoneph is committed to protecting the personal data of all Filipino players in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations. Key points include:

12 Account Termination & Suspension

gzoneph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or other illegal conduct.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents when requested.
• Chargebacks or disputed transactions initiated by the player without valid cause.
• Conduct that gzoneph determines to be harmful to the platform, other players, or the integrity of the games.

You may close your gzoneph account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination – including but not limited to intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and governing law – shall survive the termination of your account.

13 Amendments to These Terms

gzoneph reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, gzoneph will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the platform prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the gzoneph platform after the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using gzoneph and may close your account in accordance with Section 12 above.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

In the event of any dispute between you and gzoneph, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notice, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent gzoneph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
